SummitLab in Faro, Portugal is seeking a Teamlead to guide a small group of professionals and ensure timely delivery of projects. You will work closely with clients to capture requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the team.

You will set goals, monitor progress, provide mentorship, and enforce quality through reviews. The role emphasizes effective communication across diverse backgrounds and a hands-on approach to Agile/Scrum practices.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards success.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information both verbally and in writing.
• Experience working with clients from different backgrounds and cultures is preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum is an asset.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
