Emma Sleep is seeking a driven Team Lead Retail Operations to oversee Store Managers across Portugal, Spain and the UK. The role focuses on maximizing store profitability, developing people, and ensuring seamless operational processes for sales and customer experience.

You will drive retail performance through KPI monitoring, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership of regional teams in a fast-scaling environment.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of relevant working experience in retail.
• Experience in multi-store retail operations or regional roles.
• People leadership experience, managing team leads or store managers.
• Structured, data‑aware and comfortable with KPIs and metrics.
• Fluent in English and able to influence stakeholders.

• Oversee Store Managers across 3 markets (Portugal, Spain, UK) and lead Iberia Regional Manager.
• Drive retail performance, profitability, customer experience and cost efficiency.
• Ensure consistent standards, processes, and ways of working across stores.
• Collaborate with Retail Ops, HQ and store leadership to align priorities.
• Support new store openings, ramp-ups, and stabilization phases operationally.
• Track KPIs, analyze trends, and guide data-driven decisions.
• Foster a scalable retail leadership culture with accountability and clarity.

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Team Lead Retail Operations to oversee and guide Store Managers across 3 markets. In this pivotal role, you will ensure optimal store profitability, foster people development, and drive seamless operational processes to achieve outstanding sales performance and customer experience.

• Be responsible for our Store Management, team ensuring strong people leadership, clear priorities, and consistent execution across 8 stores in 3 markets (Portugal, Spain and UK)
• Directly manage Store Managers across UK locations and lead the Iberia Regional Manager to drive store performance, engagement, and operational excellence across all markets.
• Drive retail performance across markets (sales, conversion, customer experience, cost efficiency) and steer improvement actions together with Regional Managers and Store Managers
• Ensure retail standards, processes, and ways of working are clearly defined and consistently applied across stores
• Act as a key link between Retail Ops, HQ teams, and store leadership to ensure alignment and smooth execution
• Support new store openings, ramp-ups, and stabilization phases from an operational and leadership perspective
• Track KPIs, analyze trends, and use data to guide discussions, priorities, and decision‑making
• Contribute to building a strong, scalable retail leadership culture focused on accountability, clarity, and customer experience

• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Retail or similar roles.
• You have experience in multi-store retail operations or regional retail roles
• You have people leadership experience, ideally leading Team Leads, Area Managers, or similar roles
• You are comfortable managing performance through others, not just directly
• You’re structured, data‑aware, and confident working with KPIs and operational metrics
• You work well cross‑functionally and can influence stakeholders without relying on hierarchy
• You’re hands‑on, pragmatic, and comfortable in a scaling environment
• You’re fluent in English
• You’re open to occasional travel
