About the Role

As a Team Lead - PCBA Manufacturing, you will be responsible for leading production teams within the SMD/PCBA manufacturing department and ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations. You will oversee production output, quality standards, people development, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to achieve operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspire, motivate, and guide a production team to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor manufacturing progress and adjust activities to ensure production targets are met.
• Manage daily department performance and report results to management.
• Optimize the allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through performance and development reviews.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement within the production environment.
• Lead 5S initiatives and continuous-improvement activities on the shop floor.
• Manage people-related processes, including performance management and attendance-related matters.
• Collaborate closely with other Team Leads across the PCBA organization.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Technical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical background gained through education or experience.
• Proven ability to motivate, influence, and lead individuals or teams toward shared production objectives.
• Hands-on and proactive leadership approach.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to solve problems and improve performance.
• Ability to make sound operational and people-management decisions.
• Excellent English communication skills.
