Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or production.
• Strong technical engineering background or equivalent education.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team toward production targets.

Responsibilities

• Inspire, motivate, and guide the production team to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust activities to meet production targets.
• Manage daily department performance and report outcomes to management.
• Optimize allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through reviews and feedback.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Promote quality and continuous improvement on the shop floor.
• Lead 5S initiatives and continuous-improvement activities.
