INFUSE Academy is looking for a designer who sits at the intersection of design craft and AI experimentation — someone who builds scalable workflows and creates learning content. You will research AI tools for learning content production, refine workflows, train the production team, and own the full cycle from strategy to delivery.

Qualificações
- Portfolio showing UI design, typography and data visualization.
- Experience with AI-enabled learning content is a plus.
- Ability to work across time zones and cultures.
Responsabilidades
- Research and test AI tools relevant to learning content production.
- Refine workflows until output quality meets the bar, then document and standardize them.
- Train the production team on new tools and processes you have validated.
- Build courses and learning assets using the workflows you develop.
- Own the full cycle: strategy, testing, operationalization, and delivery.
