Join a fast-paced team expanding INFUSE Academy, delivering self-paced, immersive e-learning with AI-powered tools. You will prototype GPTs, ensure accessibility, and manage projects from concept to delivery while growing

Qualificações

• Background in instructional design and AI implementation.
• Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of LLMs (e.g., GPT-4).
• Ability to prototype and configure custom GPTs for learning solutions.
• Detail-oriented, innovative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Loves solving problems and making learning smarter and more engaging.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design blended learning aligned with business goals.
• Apply andragogy and evidence-based design for adult learners.
• Design and curate blended learning formats (eLearning, self-paced, virtual training, on-the-job).
• Ensure content accessibility, relevance across delivery modes.
• Leverage generative AI tools, including deploying custom GPTs for learning.
• Manage timelines, resources, and communication for learning initiatives.
