EY in Portugal is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to support performance management, career development and talent analytics, helping drive our people agenda. You will work closely with the Talent team and stakeholders to enhance employee experience and outcomes.

You will prepare reports and dashboards, contribute to DEI initiatives, and help shape talent processes and journeys through data-driven insights while ensuring accuracy and compliance across internal standards.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources, Talent Management or a related area.
• University degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

• Support the coordination and execution of Performance Management and Talent Development processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Talent transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and analyse talent-related data, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with internal standards.
• Support the implementation of strategic Talent projects and contribute to enhancing Talent processes and employee journeys.

The Opportunity

As a Talent Management Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting a broad range of talent initiatives that enhance employee development, engagement and experience. To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
