Euronext invites applications for a Systems Administrator Trainee (IEFP). You will support the team’s daily operations, help implement process improvements, and gain hands-on experience in our European technology environment.

Responsibilities include analyzing incidents, maintaining Confluence documentation, CMDB data, and reviewing Jira incidents. Fluent English and a degree in IT are required; IEFP Level VI internship eligibility is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT or related fields.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (written and oral).

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT or related fields

• Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
• Fluency in English (written and oral)
• Team player with a collaborative attitude
• Eligible for an IEFP Level VI Internship
