Eurotux Group is seeking a Systems Administrator - Enduser to set up, configure, and manage operating systems and applications for end users in Braga. You will monitor and support users' IT infrastructure and diagnose system issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Information Systems, experience with Windows and Linux, knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and monitoring tools, and willingness to travel within Portugal.

• Set up, configure, and manage operating systems and applications for end users.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; certifications and professional experience are highly valued.
• Proven experience in configuring and managing operating systems (Windows, Linux) and software applications.
• Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and system monitoring tools.
• Willingness to provide 24×7 services and travel within Portugal.
• Good command of English.
• Essential qualities: versatility, flexibility, proactivity, and dynamism.
• Strong communication skills and good interpersonal relationships.
• Enthusiasm for learning and tackling new challenges.
• A sense of responsibility and precision, with strong analytical, planning, organisational, and time management skills.
• Preference given to candidates available immediately.
