Kyndryl is seeking a System Administrator who will solve complex problems across platforms and services, helping modernize client environments. You’ll manage Windows Server, oversee incident queues, and collaborate with technicians and clients.

This role offers exposure to cloud migrations, modernization options, and a clear career path from Junior System Administrator to Architect, with certifications across major platforms.

Qualificações

• Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019 implementations and management.
• Experience with VMware ESX virtualization.
• Experience with public/private cloud management and cloud migrations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage systems data for clients and provide day-to-day solutions and security compliance.
• Oversee a queue of assignments and coordinate with technicians to prioritize tickets.

As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you'll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You'll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of the biggest clients in the world.

• Managing systems data for clients and providing day‑to‑day solutions and security compliance
• Overseeing a queue of assignments and working directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions
• Working with clients across a variety of industries, from banking to retail
• Recommending modernization options and identifying new business opportunities
• Cultivating relationships with other teams and stakeholders
• Collaborating with a diverse group of talented people

Requirements

• Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 implementation and management
• VMware ESX experience
• Public/private cloud management, especially migration from on‑premises to cloud solutions
