Foundever in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Swedish Customer Advisor to support our air conditioning world leader project. You will work with customers from diverse backgrounds on product inquiries and technical support in a multicultural environment.

You must be native or fluent in Swedish (C2) with advanced English (C1), strong communication, and solid problem-solving skills. EU citizenship or a valid Portugal work permit is required, and relocation to Lisbon is welcomed for the right candidate.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Swedish (C2) required.
• Advanced level of English (C1) for verbal and written communication.
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone and writing abilities.
• Analytical and problem solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal, or hold EU citizenship/work permit.
