KEO International Consultants is seeking a Project Manager – Green Building & Sustainability to join its Sustainability team in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal. The role focuses on delivering high-profile sustainable building projects across Portugal and internationally, emphasizing green design, certification, and consultancy.

The candidate will lead and support certification processes, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to expanding sustainability services across Europe.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Experience in multidisciplinary project teams with a focus on sustainability.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Background in green building design and certifications (LEED/WELL/BREEAM).
• Experience leading or supporting certification processes across disciplines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and/or support the delivery of green building, sustainability and certification projects from concept through to construction and completion.
• Manage and coordinate LEED, BREEAM, WELL and other certification processes, including documentation and audits.
• Provide technical advice on sustainable building design, energy efficiency and environmental performance.
• Review architectural, MEP and other design proposals to improve sustainability outcomes.
• Coordinate sustainability requirements across multidisciplinary teams and ensure integration into delivery.
• Prepare and review technical reports, assessments and certification documentation; lead meetings and workshops.
