• - Sushiman

Description of Functions:

• - Performing food preparation tasks;
• - Confection of dishes;
• - Organization and coordination of all kitchen activity;
• - Control of compliance with rules of conservation of raw materials and cooked food, as well as the rules for cleaning premises and equipment.
