HANAGROUP operates sushi stands in hypermarkets and supermarkets and has been in Portugal since 2015. We are seeking a Sushiman to perform food preparation, confection of dishes, and coordinate kitchen activity in an international company setting in Porto.

The role emphasizes responsible handling of ingredients, adherence to cleanliness and food safety, and collaboration with a dynamic team across Europe.

Job Description

It is currently seeking:

• Sushiman

Description of Functions:

• Performing food preparation tasks;
• Confection of dishes;
• Organization and coordination of all kitchen activity;
• Control of compliance with rules of conservation of raw materials and cooked food, as well as the rules for cleaning premises and equipment.
