Nutreco seeks a Supply Planning professional to monitor forecast accuracy and develop an 18-month demand plan with cross-functional input. The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and proactive planning in a dynamic, international environment.

You will lead the monthly demand review, coordinate input from Sales, Operations and Supply Chain, and drive improvements to forecasting processes while ensuring timely information on stock and deliveries to the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year of supply planning or related experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese; basic English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

What you will do

• You will be responsible for monitoring the forecast accuracy & bias and constantly looking for solutions and tools to improve the accuracy of the plan.
• Preparing an as accurate as possible demand forecast for all products with a horizon of 18 months in close cooperation with the stakeholders that contribute to this process (Sales, Operations, Supply Chain).
• Timely receive the right input from sales (and marketing) about seasonal effects, promotions, market trends, distribution changes, tenders, product introductions and product terminations.
• Leading and further shaping the monthly demand meeting, in which the input from sales & marketing is discussed beforehand.
• Timely informing of the organization when stock levels, outbound deliveries and/or customer service are at risk.
• Proposing improvements to the forecasting process and putting it into practice.
• The preparation and monitoring of the KPIs forecast accuracy and bias.
• Participating in various projects with the aim of improving the forecast reliability and/or the forecasting process.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning or Supply Chain roles.
• Analytical tools: excel and power bi.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Portuguese.
• Basic English and Spanish.
• We are looking for candidates living around Alverca do Ribatejo.
