Nutreco seeks a Supply Planning professional to monitor forecast accuracy and develop an 18-month demand plan with cross-functional input. The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and proactive planning in a dynamic, international environment.

You will lead the monthly demand review, coordinate input from Sales, Operations and Supply Chain, and drive improvements to forecasting processes while ensuring timely information on stock and deliveries to the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year of supply planning or related experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese; basic English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, seeking improvements.
• Prepare demand forecast up to 18 months with cross-functional input.
• Gather input on seasonal effects, promotions, trends, and distribution changes.
• Lead monthly demand meeting with Sales & Marketing.
• Inform the organization when stock levels or deliveries are at risk.
• Propose improvements to forecasting process.
• Prepare and monitor KPIs for forecast accuracy and bias.
• Participate in projects to improve forecast reliability.
