Nutreco is seeking an early-career Demand Planner to monitor forecast accuracy and bias, and to work with Sales, Operations and Supply Chain to improve planning tools.

You will prepare an 18-month demand forecast and lead the monthly demand meeting, ensuring timely input from sales and marketing. You will also inform the organization of stock or delivery risks and help drive forecasting improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 1 year of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning or Supply Chain roles.
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Portuguese; basic English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias; seek tools to improve plan accuracy.
• Prepare an 18-month demand forecast in collaboration with Sales, Operations and Supply Chain.
• Lead monthly demand meetings and consolidate input from Sales & Marketing.
• Inform the organization when stock levels, outbound deliveries or customer service are at risk.
• Propose and implement improvements to the forecasting process and KPIs.
