The SNO Rotational Internship is a 12-month programme that rotates through Lifecycle Management and Customer Service & Order Management, giving you real experience in both areas.

The Programme
Ferring's premier talent pipeline transforms high‑potential graduates into supply chain experts.
Over 12 months, you'll rotate through two critical functions: Lifecycle Management and Customer Service & Order Management.
Programme Structure
- Two focus areas (6 months each).
- Dedicated support with a mentor who will be your main point of contact throughout the programme.
- Performance-based conversion to permanent roles.
Lifecycle Management
- Manage product lifecycle activities from introduction through phase‑out.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to coordinate lifecycle planning, product transitions, and supply chain adjustments.
- Support new product launches and existing product optimization.
- Bridge between Ferring operations, customer needs and lifecycle initiatives.
You’ll develop lifecycle management expertise, cross‑functional collaboration, strategic planning, stakeholder communication.
Customer Service & Order Management
- Support the customer order management team to ensure products reach customers efficiently and on time.
- Co‑ordinate between departments and external stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience with order‑to‑delivery, inventory management and shipment tracking.
- Assist with day‑to‑day order monitoring, data management in reports and KPIs.
You’ll develop a customer‑centric mindset, order‑management expertise, problem‑solving methodology and cross‑functional collaboration with logistics teams.
Behind our innovation…There's you
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.
- Graduating in 2025 or recently graduated (within the last 12 months).
- Fluency in English mandatory; Portuguese and other languages valuable assets.
- Authorized to work in Portugal for the full 12‑month duration.
- Available to commit to the full program timeline and rotation structure.
What sets you apart
- Familiarity with Excel, ERP systems, or analytical tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau.
- Intellectual curiosity, collaborative mindset and learning agility.
