Ferring is hiring a Finance professional in Lisbon to strengthen the Finance CoE, with focus on Accounting & Reporting activities for European markets. The core Vision, Mission and Commitment of our Finance professionals is to drive key strategic initiatives to support the Ferring Growth Agenda, raise our performance level and strategic contribution to the business. We are looking to attract highly qualified and extremely motivated candidates to join our team.
As Accounting and Reporting Specialist, you are expected to engage with the Finance Vision, Mission and Commitment and to work closely with internal stakeholders and external third party providers. The role manages the E2E processes, internal controls and ensures proper and effective administrative, financial, tax and asset management, in compliance with existing fiscal and civil regulations, in alignment with the group policies and financial objectives. In addition, you will get involved and take ownership in important and impactful projects.
Key responsibilities also include, but are not limited to, reviewing financial statements, performing account reconciliations, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring tax compliance, supporting internal and external audits, maintaining accurate accounting records, analyzing financial data to identify discrepancies and improvement opportunities, and contributing to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
