Carhartt WIP is opening a new store in Porto in October 2026. We are seeking a Supervisor to lead the team and drive exceptional customer service while ensuring store standards and operations run smoothly.

The successful candidate will manage customer queries, maintain visual merchandising, and uphold company policies, with fluency in Portuguese and English considered advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the team to achieve highest possible levels of customer service and performance.

• Ensure that customer service standards are adhered to and business opportunities are maximised.
• Oversee store presentation, cleanliness, visual display and merchandising.
• Handle keys, opening/closing the store, checklists and cash handling.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and foster communication across departments.

For our new store in Porto, opening in October 2026, we are looking for a Supervisor (m/f/x).

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise the team to achieve highest possible levels of customer service and performance
• Ensure that the team is dealing with all customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure that customer service standards are adhered to and business opportunities are maximised.
• Awareness and supervision of the store presentation, including cleanliness, visual display and merchandising
• Responsibility for holding keys to the store, opening and closing the store, completing relevant checklists and cash handling
• Supervise the team to ensure adherence within the store of all company policies and procedures Maintain open communication within the store and across to other departments
