Emma Sleep is seeking a Submanager for our new Almada Fórum store in Setúbal. You will lead the sales team, drive customer satisfaction, and collaborate with the Store Manager on scheduling and commercial analysis to maximize store performance.

• Oversee stock management and shift planning; ensure merchandising standards.

Estamos à procura de um/a Subgerente para apoiar a nossa nova loja no Almada Fórum, em Setúbal. Esta posição será a principal força de vendas da loja, com excelentes capacidades de venda e apoio ao cliente. Também será responsável por colaborar em sessões de treino e feedback à equipa, e por apoiar o Gerente no planeamento de turnos e na análise comercial da loja.

Responsabilidades

• Motivar e gerir a equipa de vendas para atingir e superar os objetivos de vendas.
• Entender as preferências dos clientes e fazer recomendações de produtos, assegurando uma experiência de elevada qualidade.
• Supervisionar tarefas administrativas, gestão de stock e coordenação de turnos.
• Executar as diretrizes de visual merchandising com os mais elevados standards.
• Assumir a responsabilidade pela loja na ausência do Gerente de Loja.

Requisitos / qualificações

• Experiência como Subgerente ou Vendedor/a Sénior em ambiente de retalho.
• Fortes competências de vendas, com uma abordagem proativa e orientada para o cliente.
• Capacidade para interpretar KPIs comerciais e transformá-los em ações concretas que impulsionem resultados.
• Procura constante de melhorias nos processos de venda ou merchandising visual.
• Fluente em português e conhecimento profissional de inglês.
