Gazelle Wind Power is seeking a Structural Engineer to support the design and analysis of offshore wind turbine support structures. You will perform structural calculations, develop detailed designs, and carry out FEA to ensure performance and safety across projects.

The role requires 2–4 years in offshore environments, proficiency with STAAD Pro/SACS/ANSYS, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. English and Portuguese fluency is expected for stakeholder communication.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of offshore or marine structural design/analysis experience.
• Proficiency with FEA tools such as STAAD Pro, SACS or ANSYS.

Overview

The Structural Engineer supports structural analysis and design activities for Gazelle’s support structures, ensuring technical soundness, cost efficiency, and compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or related Engineering field.
• 2–4 years of experience in structural design and analysis, ideally in offshore or marine environments.
• Proficiency in FEA tools such as STAAD Pro, SACS, or ANSYS.
• Familiarity with international design codes (ISO 19902, DNVGL-ST-0126).
• Knowledge of FEMAP or SESAM and programming in Python or MATLAB.
