BorgWarner is seeking a Vendor Planner (M/F/D) for our Viana, Portugal production plant. You will manage supplier communications via EDI, monitor inventory and SAP configurations, and work with Purchasing to support new projects while safeguarding KPI targets.

English and Portuguese fluency are required for cross‑border collaboration. You will coordinate with Transportation, Warehouse, and ERP tools to ensure timely production supply and mitigate risks, contributing to continuous improvement and

Qualificações

• Technical course (level 5) or degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on ERP experience, preferably SAP MM/PP.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis capability.
• Familiarity with EDI/Web EDI communication.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with suppliers to track materials and ensure timely ASN submissions.
• Ensure suppliers use EDI/Web EDI platforms over email for transmissions.
• Monitor raw material demand vs. coverage to maintain target inventory turns.
• Configure SAP for materials/suppliers (MOQ, transit time, Incoterms).
• Coordinate material pickup with Transportation and SharePoint data entry.
• Ensure timely receipt of POs and quantities to avoid production downtime.
