BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is seeking a Program Launch Buyer (M/F/D) at our new production plant in Viana, Portugal. You will lead launch plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure readiness across purchasing, production, and logistics.

The role requires 3+ years in project/operations management, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Fluency with MS Office and PM tools is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years' experience in project/operations management.
• Strong understanding of project management principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and PM tools.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or Waterfall.
• Experience with product launch/go-to-market strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee launch plans for projects, ensuring schedule and budget alignment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for launch readiness.
• Track milestones and PPAP status for components.
• Manage supplier and external partner relationships.
• Provide regular progress updates and reporting to stakeholders.
