KDR Talent Solutions Ltd in Coimbra, Portugal is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to join its growing delivery function. You will drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital products and strategic technology initiatives, coordinating across Product, Engineering and Business teams within a fast-paced environment.

You'll enable multiple Agile teams to deliver meaningful outcomes, manage dependencies and risks, and influence stakeholders at all levels to shape future technology programmes.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering software and digital initiatives across multiple teams.
• Strong stakeholder management with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Background enabling agile delivery and organisational change.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of software and technology initiatives.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams and product areas.
• Drive planning, forecasting, milestone tracking and dependency management.
• Identify, manage and mitigate risks, issues and blockers.
• Provide visibility and reporting to technical and business stakeholders.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering leadership to align priorities.
• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure teams maintain momentum and focus on delivering value.
• Contribute to larger strategic programmes and organisational change initiatives.
