Danish Crown A/S in Portugal is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to support demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and transportation efforts across the business.

The role collaborates with Commercial, Production, Logistics, Finance and Procurement to ensure product availability while balancing service, cost and working capital objectives. It requires a proactive, data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, or Operations.
• Experience with demand planning, inventory management, and transportation coordination.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and planning systems.
• Experience in international/multi-site environments is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance service, cost and inventory.
• Structured and proactive planning approach.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage complexity in a dynamic environment.
• Continuous improvement mindset and data-driven decisions.

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts and supply plans.
• Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and obsolescence risks.
• Coordinate transportation activities for timely, cost-effective deliveries.
• Manage and support import/export activities, including customs docs.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and constraints.
• Align customer demand with inventory availability and logistics.
• Monitor KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in S&OP processes and cross-functional planning reviews.
• Support regional procurement and supplier activities as needed.
