Job summary

Vantiva in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Junior Demand Planning Analyst to join the Global Supply Chain Operations team. You will collaborate with Business Operations and other stakeholders to deliver high-accuracy data and reporting, drive tasks to timely completion, and support strategic priorities with a focus on team success.

The role emphasizes forecasting, inventory management, and data-driven decision making in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in operations and supply chain management.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Demand Planning Analyst.
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from complex data.
• Attention to detail with deadlines.
• Proficient with Power BI, Power Automate, Excel.
• Knowledge of Kinaxis Rapid Response.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the S&OP process to establish consensus forecasts monthly.
• Analyze variations of sales, consensus, and management forecasts; propose best scenarios weekly.
• Propose weekly GOP requirements to meet consensus budgets.
• Demand management input for manufacturing partners (ODM, OEM).
• Master data maintenance and improved automation of supply chain tools.
• Support product lifecycle from NPI to end-of-life and monitor inventory levels.
• Collaborate with NPI/Bus.Ops/CSR/Logistics/Finance to ensure accurate data exchanges.
