VML is seeking a Social Media Account Manager to be embedded within one of our key client teams. You will be the primary contact for social media, managing day-to-day requests and coordinating with the VML account team on higher-complexity briefs.

You will work on-site at the client’s offices with a hybrid approach, aligning business objectives with creative output and maintaining brand dynamism across platforms.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Social Media Manager, or Project Manager within an agency or in-house environment.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, manage, and address daily social media requests from various internal client teams.
• Ensure the day-to-day running of platforms and provide agile responses to lower-complexity requests, maintaining brand dynamism and consistency.
• Act as a strategic bridge between the client and the VML team whenever it is necessary to engage the agency for campaigns, projects, or content production.
• Translate internal requirements into clear and effective briefs for the agency team, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are aligned.
• Advise internal teams on best practices and emerging opportunities within the social media ecosystem.
