United Investments Portugal seeks a Project Manager to oversee development projects from inception to completion in Portugal. You will lead cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, consultants, and regulators to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a real estate and hospitality development background, strong leadership, and attention to detail, with at least 3 years of experience and proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Project.

Qualificações

• Education in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Experience in Contractor and Inspection valued.
• Fluency in English valued.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and secure all entitlements (architectural license, permits).
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets with stakeholders.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Determine resource requirements and allocate them effectively.
• Prepare and manage design consultant procurement with architects & engineers.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with codes and permits.
• Manage bidding/tender and selection for contractors and vendors.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve issues or conflicts during project execution.
• Maintain project documentation and reports.
