Project Manager will join our Real Estate Development Team. This role requires strong coordination, strategic thinking, and an ability to manage multiple stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate real estate projects from A to Z, including planning, design, licensing, construction, delivery, and post‑sales follow‑up;
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to define project specifications and secure necessary permits and licenses;
• Conduct in‑depth project reviews to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans and regulations;
• Schedule and manage all construction phases to ensure timely delivery, budget compliance, and quality standards;
• Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimations;
• Produce internal and external reports on project status;
• Anticipate potential issues and implement effective solutions to prevent or resolve them;
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks;
• Represent the company in dealings with public and private stakeholders such as EDP, E-REDES, EPAL, DGPC, and local municipalities;
• Provide support to the Business Development, Origination, and Asset Management teams by assessing the feasibility of new investment opportunities in Portugal and internationally;
• Represent the company at national and international real estate fairs and exhibitions.

Profile

• Academic background in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field;
• Hands‑on experience in managing real estate development projects across different stages — from licensing to delivery;
• Good understanding of construction processes, local regulations, and interaction with relevant authorities (e.g., Municipalities, DGPC, EDP, EPAL);
• Comfortable with budget planning, cost control, and risk mitigation;
• Strong project planning and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities;
• Clear and effective communicator, with fluency in both Portuguese and English;
• Collaborative and solutions‑focused mindset, with strong attention to detail.
