Amplemarket is seeking an Operations Specialist to bridge business operations and strategic finance. You’ll work closely with founders, Finance, RevOps, Sales, CSM and Product on end-to-end projects that impact the company’s growth.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years in business operations, strategy & operations, strategic finance or similar analytical role.
• Hands-on experience in operations and finance with delivered projects and financial models.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel).
• Working SQL and a BI tool to build dashboards yourself.
• SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, payback, gross margin.
• Structured problem solving: break questions into a plan, find data, and make a recommendation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; present findings to founders and non-technical teams.
• You persuade through data and analysis.
• Manage multiple projects with ownership and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Structure project roadmaps, scope and milestones, and drive projects to completion.
• Clean, combine and model data from across the business for scalable insights.
• Build and maintain leadership dashboards and ensure numbers are accurate.
• Build data models surfacing opportunities and risks.
• Benchmark best practices and translate them into recommendations.
• Identify improvements and own execution through to results.
• Maintain and evolve rolling forecast and growth models (ARR, retention, headcount).
• Support investor/board reporting: KPI definitions, monthly updates and analysis.
• Build pricing analyses, deal-desk and unit economics for new products.
• Run cost/spend reviews across vendors, tooling and payments; identify savings.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from scoping to rollout.
• Manage stakeholders and drive alignment on decisions and timelines.
• Partner with RevOps, Sales, Customer Success, Product, People and Legal.
• Document processes and create playbooks and tools for teams to run without you.
