PrimeIT in Lisbon is seeking an IT Buyer to manage international contract lifecycles and drive value through effective procurement practices. You will coordinate governance, monitor spend and guide stakeholders through complex agreements.

This role emphasizes dashboards for vendor performance, invoicing accuracy, and contract optimization, with a focus on cost containment and alignment with corporate goals.

Qualificações

• Experience in IT procurement and contract management at international level.
• Ability to monitor spend, budgeting and cost containment actions.
• Experience coordinating vendor committees and governance processes.
• Knowledge of invoicing, purchase orders and penalties when applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage contract lifecycle for large IT contracts or portfolios internationally.
• Monitor financial execution, spend, approved value and cost containment actions.
• Design and maintain a vendor reporting dashboard to monitor performance and spend.
• Coordinate Vendor Committees focusing on performance and spend, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Provide contract guidance to stakeholders to optimize value and compliance.
• Oversee invoicing and payments processes and ensure supporting tools configuration.
• Implement contract management improvements and automation.
