You will partner with management across geographies and mentor audit staff while advancing continuous improvement in methodologies.

The position offers a hybrid work model, up to 20% travel, and a competitive base salary of 48,400–60,000 EUR per year, with a training platform and wellbeing programs as part of the package.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of proven experience in internal or external auditing.
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of internal audit projects.
• Ensure audits comply with IIA Global Internal Audit Standards and internal methodologies.
• Prepare and present audit findings and management action plans.
