Natixis in Portugal is seeking an HR Business Partner to join the Human Resources Department. You will partner with management to implement HR procedures, support recruitment, performance management, development and succession planning across business units.

You will advise managers on employee relations, analyze HR KPIs, and help define HR frameworks and tools. Fluent English (B2) is mandatory, French is a plus. Hybrid work policy and wellbeing initiatives are part of the workplace.

Qualificações

• Bachelor/ Master Degree.
• 2/3 years of experience in an HRBP position.
• Apply HR business processes and tools.
• Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory).
• Good level of French is a plus.
• Excellent skills in working together and inspiring trust in others.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with implementation of HR procedures and processes in partnership with management to support organizational goals.
• Participate in discussions on HR practices and tools across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with business leaders to develop HR strategies aligned with goals and compliant with policies and laws.
• Develop, implement and monitor HR initiatives in designated areas, identifying improvements.
• Provide advice to managers on employee relations cases and document solutions.
