Natixis in Portugal is seeking a Finance Performance Analyst to support the performance team. You will monitor financial performance, KPIs, and collaborate on budgets and business reviews.

You will handle invoicing, AR monitoring, reporting, and ad hoc analyses for various topics. English proficiency is required; French is a plus. The role emphasizes process standardization and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Degree ideally in Economics, Management or Finance.
• +3 years of P&L structure, type of costs and cost centers knowledge.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel is mandatory; SAP 4H knowledge is preferred.
• Good knowledge of English (written and verbal); French is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor financial performance and KPIs across the organization.
• Coordinate budgets and Business Reviews with units and stakeholders.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management.
• Invoicing and accounts receivable monitoring near customers.
• Ad hoc analyses and presentations for topics or projects.
• Respond to Audit and Compliance requests and support QA processes.
• Provide SAP invoicing support and utilise SAP 4H for related tasks.
• Document processes and drive process standardization across teams.

Team presentation and main goal:

Performance team main responsibilities:

• Monitoring financial performance and also all critical KPI’s


• Budget and Business Reviews coordination and customers/business units follow-up


• Reporting


• Support and follow-up near business managers and direction


• Invoicing and accounts receivable monitoring near customers


• Ad hoc analysis and presentations to specific topics or projects


• Answer Audit and Compliance requests


• Audit and ask Accounting, Procurement and HR Master data processes

Main tasks and goals:

• Analyze P&L costs and ask for adjustments if it’s the case: by type of costs; by areas; compare actuals with budgetand Business Review


• Complete vision about organizational structure in Natixis Portugal and within other geographies consolidated one


• Invoicing and follow-up near customers


• Support Budget and Business reviews processes (planning, tasks, managers inputs, deadline outputs,…)


• Provide (organize, obtain, ask for) details about a particular topic about P&L, invoicing or Headcount request


• Headcount, FTE and Mandays follow-up between forecasting scenarios and actuals one


• Audit and quality control under P&L figures impact: HR master data, Accounting and Procurement


• Process and industrialization mindset


• Prepare reporting details, using also the ones available


• SAP consultation skills and utilization for invoicing purpose


• Process orientation and documentation


• Ad hoc analysis and presentations preparation.
