Euronext seeks an experienced IT Tech Lead for the Digital Transformation & User Experience team, based in Oslo or Porto with travel to other Euronext locations. You will drive technical direction for the Back Office GUI platform, define frontend strategy, and own BFF and API design across the stack.

Lead cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, ensure secure-by-design practices, and collaborate with UX, Architecture, POs and IT Projects, delivering high-quality React/Node.js solutions while

Qualificações

• Senior software engineer with leadership of development teams.
• Hands-on React and Node.js experience with REST APIs/BFF.
• Experience modernizing legacy frontend applications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical direction and architecture for the Backoffice GUI platform.
• Define frontend strategy: standards, shared libraries, UI design systems.
• Own BFF and API design for applications and REST contracts.
• Collaborate with backend/API teams on data contracts and boundaries.
• Own build, release, and deployment pipelines for reliable delivery.
• Set quality gates: automated tests, code reviews, security scanning.
• Collaborate internationally with cross-functional teams and POs.
• Lead strategy for External User vs Back Office portfolios.
• Own application security and secure-by-design practices.
• Responsible for AI tool usage in development and impact.
• Maintain Oslo-based legacy apps (Node.js, React, Angular).
• Mentor engineers, unblock delivery, and raise engineering standards.
• Balance new platform work with legacy maintenance.
