You will lead a squad, mentor engineers, and work with Product Owners, Architects, and Platform teams to shape technical decisions and ensure high-quality solutions.

The role emphasizes engineering excellence, scalable architectures, and close collaboration across teams in a fintech/regulated environment.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Tech Lead Frontend & Mobile to join one of our teams and take ownership of the delivery of large-scale digital products. This role combines technical leadership, team mentorship, and delivery management, with a strong focus on modern frontend and mobile development using React and React Native.

You will lead a squad of engineers, drive end-to-end delivery, promote engineering excellence, and ensure the successful implementation of scalable, high-quality solutions. Working closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Platform teams, you will play a key role in shaping technical decisions while fostering a high-performing and accountable engineering culture.

What you will do:

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, promoting technical excellence and continuous growth;
• Own the end-to-end delivery of squad initiatives, ensuring alignment, predictability, and successful execution of commitments;
• Act as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and driving continuous improvement practices;
• Define and guide frontend and mobile architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, performance, and consistency across platforms;
• Promote engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, security standards, and quality assurance processes;
• Collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, and Platform teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions;
• Drive the adoption of modern development methodologies and contribute to the evolution of engineering frameworks and standards;
• Ensure seamless integration with backend services, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based platforms.

What you are like:

• Experienced in leading software engineering teams and driving the successful delivery of digital products;
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, or similar), and mobile application design principles;
• Knowledgeable in cloud-native environments, particularly Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps;
• Comfortable working with APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems;
• Experienced in Agile and Scrum environments, with the ability to coordinate teams and facilitate delivery processes;
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, containerisation technologies, and modern software development practices;
• Strong ownership mindset, execution-oriented approach, and commitment to quality, scalability, and engineering standards;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions across teams;
• Experience within fintech, banking, or highly regulated environments is valued.
