Euronext in Porto is seeking a Software Developer Tech Lead to join the IT Corporate Functions team. You will mentor developers, drive engineering excellence and oversee the end-to-end software lifecycle for corporate applications.

You will work on Azure-based solutions with C# and .NET, shaping architecture, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and introducing automation and AI tooling. Fluency in English and a strong collaborative mindset are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Senior-level experience in software development with hands‑on Azure, C#, and .NET.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and patterns in cloud environments.
• Experience managing software or infrastructure development projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and driving engineering excellence across Corporate Functions applications.
• Overseeing design and implementation of new functionalities, aligning with architecture standards.
• Leading adoption of AI tools (Copilot, GitHub, MCP) to accelerate development lifecycle.
• Coordinating process improvements, re-engineering and solution design to address challenges.
• Debugging and optimizing code, and introducing automation to reduce manual work.
• Managing full software development lifecycle from design to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
