DP World in Portugal is seeking a Field Sales Manager for Freight Forwarding to grow our business by building meaningful customer relationships and identifying new opportunities in the market. You will work with teams across sales, operations, tender management, trade lanes, and business units to deliver value through tailored logistics solutions.

This customer-facing role requires visiting customers, presenting quotations, negotiating rates, and maintaining accurate CRM records to drive growth

Qualificações

• Experience in sales within Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while building long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills within international contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Freight Forwarding (air, ocean, and road transport).
• Manage a book of business with growth in volume, revenue, and margin.
• Maintain CRM records and manage the sales pipeline.
• Visit prospective and existing customers to build long-term relationships.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service offerings; negotiate rates and service agreements.
