Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to the Head of Grid Technologies Services, Europe & Africa, and the Regional Finance Head. You will manage complex calendars across European and African time zones, coordinate meetings, travel, and events, and prepare leadership materials.

This role offers development toward a Chief of Staff capacity, with exposure to cross‑regional programs, governance, and strategic initiatives in a multinational, fast‑moving environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organisational and multitasking ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; additional languages beneficial.
• High proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Strong stakeholder management skills—confident, proactive, and adaptable.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Supporting strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and cross-regional programmes.
• Contributing to the preparation of business insights, dashboards, and reports (in collaboration with Finance and other functions).
• Gradually representing leaders in selected forums, meetings, and working groups.
