Adecco Permanent Recruitment is hiring an Indirect Procurement EMEA specialist for a GBS client based in Porto, Portugal. You will lead strategic sourcing across the EMEA region, manage tenders, negotiate contracts, and develop category strategies in a matrix global environment.

The role requires 3+ years in strategic procurement, proficiency in SAP and MS Office, fluent English, and an additional European language; travel within EMEA is expected.

Qualificações

• Degree in Business, Procurement, or related field.
• At least 3 years' experience in strategic procurement or sourcing.
• Proven project management and hands-on approach.
• Experience in supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Fluent English; additional European language preferred (French/Spanish/Italian).
• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute complex strategic procurement projects across the EMEA region.
• Manage the full tendering process, including supplier selection, bid comparisons, and contract negotiations.
• Develop sourcing strategies within assigned procurement categories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with national and international suppliers.
• Identify and drive cost optimization opportunities while ensuring quality and service standards.
• Support procurement-related transformation initiatives, including e-procurement implementation projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across different legal entities and countries.
• Contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable procurement solutions.
