Unilabs is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager in Porto, Portugal to lead integrated communications that strengthen reputation and drive engagement with employees, customers, partners and media.

You will shape strategy, craft compelling narratives, and work with senior leaders to translate complex topics into clear communications. This hands-on role blends strategic thinking with practical delivery in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field.
• 7+ years' experience in corporate communications, PR, external communications or related field.
• Experience developing integrated communication strategies, plans and campaigns.
• Strong media relations and reputation management experience.
• Experience supporting executive communications and senior leadership messaging.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning and delivery of integrated corporate communications activities that support business priorities.
• Shape compelling narratives and messaging for different stakeholder groups.
• Manage media relations including press releases, statements, and journalist engagement.
• Develop executive communications and leadership messaging.
• Oversee corporate content across priority external channels.
• Measure and evaluate communications effectiveness and impact.
