Qualifikationen

• A degree in Communications, Media Science, Marketing or Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in marketing communications, ideally in a high-tech or semiconductor environment.
• Content development and production experience, preferably with technical marketing or promotion materials.
• Digital marketing know-how including SEO or SEM, email, social media, display advertising or marketing databases.
• Analytics and content tools skills, such as website analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) and content creation tools (e.g. Adobe).
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to structure complex topics and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken) and willingness to work in an international environment; German skills are a plus but not required.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and drive all communication activities for the market introduction of new products, from kick off to launch, in close cooperation with Product Marketing and Marketing Communications.
• Plan, design and develop marketing communication materials in agile teams, tailoring content from Product, Application and Technical Marketing to various digital channels.
• Design, implement and lead positioning, lead and demand generation campaigns in line with the marketing communication strategy, working closely with channel experts to explore different digital channels.
• Track, analyze and interpret campaign KPIs and take clear, data driven actions to improve performance and impact.
• Act as quality gate for Business Line content by applying guidelines and processes to ensure timely content delivery, correct channel submission and compliance with Infineon quality standards.
• Ensure regular updates of marketing communication materials and activities in alignment with Product and Application Management, keeping content current and relevant.
• Support internal communication activities such as content for internal news feeds, newsletters, websites and quarterly All Hands Meetings.
