Job summary

IQVIA in Portugal seeks a COA Manager to lead a portfolio of cardiovascular Clinical Outcome Assessments. You will oversee lifecycle management, scientific integrity, and commercial success across clinical trials, real world evidence, registries, and emerging healthcare use cases.

You will partner with scientific, operational, and commercial teams to ensure assets are ready for clients and positioned to meet evolving market needs. A strong COA/PRO background and fluent English are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in COA/REAL-WORLD EVIDENCE/pharma or medical device.
• 3+ years in Clinical Research Outcomes, COA development/licensing, or product/portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a portfolio of cardiovascular COA assets.
• Ensure scientific integrity and market readiness of assets.
• Support asset development, enhancements, implementation, and portfolio expansion.
• Partner cross-functionally with scientific, operational, and commercial teams.
• Monitor portfolio performance and influence forecasting and revenue growth.
• Serve as subject matter expert in cardiovascular outcomes for diverse studies.
