IQVIA is seeking a COA Manager to lead a portfolio of cardiovascular Clinical Outcome Assessment assets, ensuring scientific integrity and market readiness across trials, real‑world studies, registries, and healthcare use cases. You will partner across scientific, operational, and commercial teams to maximize value and client impact.

The role requires a strong background in COAs/PROs, multi‑disciplinary collaboration, and fluent English communication in a global environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Advanced degree (Master’s, PhD, PharmD, MPH, etc.) preferred.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
At least 3 years in Clinical Research/Outcomes Research/Real‑World Evidence/COA development or licensing/portfolio management.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow a portfolio of cardiovascular COA assets with scientific integrity and market readiness.
Drive product lifecycle management, including asset development and portfolio expansion.
Collaborate with scientific, operational, and commercial teams to ready assets for client delivery.
Monitor portfolio performance, forecast impact, and support revenue growth.
Serve as subject matter expert in cardiovascular outcomes for health data initiatives.
