Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Sales Representative for Aluminium Hardware Solutions in the Wholesalers channel. The role focuses on growing the aluminium hardware business across Iberia, with a dynamic, results-driven approach and close collaboration with internal teams.

The candidate will manage relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and fabricators, conduct product demonstrations and trainings, and participate in trade fairs to expand market presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of successful sales experience in the construction industry.
• Experience with aluminium hardware solutions, architectural hardware, doors/windows, and construction distributors/wholesalers.
• Established network within aluminium fabricators, distributors, wholesalers, or construction channels is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Aluminium Hardware Wholesalers channel.
• Manage and expand relationships with existing wholesalers, distributors, and aluminium system partners.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and market segments.
• Promote and sell the aluminium hardware portfolio for doors, windows, and sliding systems.
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers, helping specify solutions for projects.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure satisfaction and launches.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the aluminium construction sector.
• Support new product introductions and innovative solutions.
• Prepare sales forecasts, account plans, and periodic reviews.
• Participate in trade fairs and industry events.
