Job summary

Reachdesk in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the Reachdesk Platform, turning complex customer and business problems into software products that deliver measurable impact. You’ll own initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through delivery to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.

You’ll partner with Engineering and Design, work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and partners to ensure what we build resonates with customers and drives value at scale.

Qualifications

• Own B2B SaaS products end-to-end with measurable outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
• Able to work independently, with initiative aligned to Reachdesk goals.
• Good business sense and ability to balance customer, technical, and commercial needs.
• Technically fluent to collaborate effectively with Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Set product direction and priorities across teams.
• Define problems and experiences before solutions for clarity.
• Lead initiatives end-to-end from discovery to rollout.
• Make sound trade-offs balancing customer and business needs.
• Develop opportunities with external partners for integrations.
• Coordinate launches and ensure adoption across functions.
• Communicate decisions clearly to leadership and teams.
