Attio is seeking a Staff Product Engineer to drive technical leadership across key parts of our engineering organization. You will design and build software that delivers delightful user experiences and scalable systems, while mentoring engineers and shaping the team’s growth.

You will help Attio hire top talent, align work with business goals, and ensure robust, secure, and maintainable infrastructure that scales with user needs.
