Aubay Portugal is seeking a seasoned SRE/DevOps professional to join our Porto team, driving reliability across our AI Orchestration Platform.

You will lead incident response, enforce SLOs, and improve observability, while collaborating with development squads to embed reliability in the SDLC. The role requires 5+ years, strong Kubernetes, and scripting in Python or Go.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in SRE, DevOps, platform engineering, or backend engineering, including operating production systems.
• Strong Linux fundamentals and hands-on production experience with Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation with languages such as Python or Go.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems fundamentals and networking/security concepts.
• Background in software development and experience leading or contributing to incident response.
• Fluent in English and available for a hybrid work model in Porto.

• Define, monitor, and enforce SLOs, error budgets, and toil budgets to maintain system health.
• Enhance observability across services, improving metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting systems.
• Automate provisioning, scaling, and failure handling through infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate reliability best practices into the software development lifecycle.
