We are looking for an experienced SQL Developer with deep, practical expertise in MS SQL Server, with a focus on query optimization, performance tuning, and the design of efficient database schemas. A key part of this role is reviewing, analyzing, and improving existing SQL and schema structures on the OLTP systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with MS SQL Server as a SQL Developer
• Demonstrated practical experience in SQL query optimization
• Strong skills in analyzing execution plans, designing indexing strategies, and tuning performance
• Strong ability to write clean code in accordance with the project's technical requirements
• Solid knowledge of OLTP database design principles and best practices
• Ability to present real examples of performance improvements or schema redesigns you have implemented

Core Responsibilities

• Create database objects/writing stored procedure
• Analyze and optimize slow SQL queries in MS SQL Server (joins, subqueries etc.)Work with execution plans, indexes, statistics, and partitioning to enhance performance
